Is this polyquat 60?

I received 3 quarts of this from my PB (along with dichlor multishock, tri-chlor tabs, "stabilized chlorinating concentrate granular," some ph up, clear blue clarifier, metal sequestrant, etc.) as part of the regimen he prescribed.

I haven't used any of it other than the tabs for a couple of weeks until my CYA came up to about 40.

Is this infact the poly 60 that I would use when closing? Says "poly" -blah blah blah... 60%, but I don't want to jump to conclusions...
