Is this mustard algae

I have been seeing this in my pool. Not sure if it is dirt/pollen or mustard algae. I did an OCLT FC was 8 last night this morning was 7, but by the time I tested the sun was on the pool. My results from this evening are
FC 6
CC 0.5
CH 200
TA 80
CYA 50

This pic was taken from shallow end. Deep end is clear but it is windy today. Wind is blowing from deep end to shallow. That is why I am not sure if algae or dirt

Mustard algae is the color of grey poupon mustard. Really. And it favors the shady side of the pool.

That may be algae, but most likely it's just windblown dust. If you're the nervous sort, raising FC to shock level is cheap peace of mind.
