Is this an algae or from some chemical the store gave me ?? What is this film like over the water surface ?? Help me please !!

Barely it’s not the sunscreen, it’s some blue chemical I think the metal remover chemical the pool store told us to use

He added this metal remover and then 1 hour later the alkalinity . The guy at the store told him to add this way. When the water comes into the filter basket you can see blue giant bubbles starting to form. I use a sponge to get out and it just continues to come on from top of water. We also drained a bunch of water replenished and cleaned out our filter it was completely light blue from this junk.

I tried looking up the ingredients In this brand but I can’t find. This was from the store I took a pic of . We’re out of town at the moment can add ingredients at a later time.

You really need to stop dumping in a bunch of chemicals from the pool store that you have no idea what they are.

Just saying a blue chemical does not help us to understand what you are doing.
