I’m having an issue with small spots of a brown dirt like substance on my pool floor, always in the same spots, never on the walls. I siphon it out, but it’s back every 2-3 days. My chlorine level has stayed at 5-7ppm and my CYA is 40. Is this algae or some type of sediment?
