At almost 0.2, it is something to be concerned about. It will build throughout the season. Take advantage of polyfill pre-filtering on top-offs or as a separate pool filter device to help capture it. If the iron isn't actively reacting to the chlorine, you might not filter much, but when you see color changes, staining, or ever have to SLAM that's a good time to filter.
But since you see brown staining in the house, the filtering may be something you eventually need to consider over time if the iron level builds in the pool from season to season. Either that or change the water. But hopefully it never gets that bad.
