So I'm on year three of my Intex AGP. I have noticed that if I rest my arms on the top rail connectors I develop a skin rash. I assume it is fiberglass reinforced and the Arizona sun has begun to deteriorate the plastic. Is there anything anyone would recommend to sand/clean the surface of the connectors?

You could get a brush on clear paint or tape it up good to spray it with aerosol clear. I would lightly scuff it up with a scotchbright pad or finer sandpaper and wipe it down with iso-propyl alcohol before hand.
