Intex SWG and heater ?

Ok so I have a 19k IG pool 1.5hp pump Triton2 sand filter. I'm runng 2 Intex SWG and want to plum in my new to me MiniMax 300M. I'm flexable with the pumbing. Can I run that kind of heat though a Intex unit? Also the units are still feed and discharged though intex flex tube,

I don't know much about that heater but from what I can find its 50k BTU. If that is true I wouldn't worry about it. The water will only be a few degrees warmer than the inlet temp.
