Hello ever one I am new to this forum and glad to have found it. Hope ever one is doing great this year. I need some advise about how to proceed in changing my new Intex 18x48 prism frame pool pluming to standard 1.5" from the 1.25" metric fittings it came with. and to install a through the wall skimmer into it. I have a good Doughboy Skimmer and will have to buy the new returns. my main concerns or if the walls in this pool will support the skimmers weight. I don't think I can live with the pump and filter it came with. I have a 250 lb. sand filter and a 1.5 P pump already from my last pool.
