I have a Intex Krystal Clear Sand Filter Pump 3K gph and noticed that water continues to flow out of the outlet at the top of the pump regardless of the valve position. It's not a lot of water but enough to cause the pool to drain below the skimmer levels. Is this an O ring issue? Everything else seems to be working fine.
