Intellicenter2 Website Redirects

Is anyone else getting redirects on the web-based Pentair Intellicenter2 login page? I'm running an iMac with Safari as my browser and every couple of days my bookmark to the intellicenter2.com/#/login gets redirected to intelleticenter2.com/#/installations. The redirect produces a blank blue screen and no way to login to my account. Any idea what's causing this issue or how to fix it?

I just watched the Intellicenter2 login on my Win11/Edge PC.

The URL goes from /login to /installations showing a spinning circle to IntelliCenter when my pool displays.

This is all done on different web pages from the Pentair server.

It looks during /installations the system is connecting with the panel and once it loads the current data it displays it on /property

Your system may be having trouble connecting to your panel.

Call Pentair Support and log your problem with them.

I have the same problem in Chrome. Firefox seems to work OK.

In order to login, I had to delete the cache from my Safari browser for that web page. I was then able to get to the login page (intellicenter2.com/#/login) without redirects and connect to my panel. This problem has happened before about a week ago. I suspect that Safari is caching the intellicenter2.com/#/installations page and not the login page. Haven't tried Firefox yet. The iOS app connects fine with no issues. I will try to make a software bug report to Pentair.
