I previously posted a problem with intellicenter/intellichem integration where the intellichem would believe that it was in spa mode, even though the only defined, single-body of water in intellicenter is pool. This was determined because the intellichem would indicate sDosing when the Intellichlor was on. The "s" means intellichem is in spa mode, and therefore dosing at 25% normal setting. I had to set my intellichlor on time to 4x the desired time to get what I needed. This was all with intellicenter at FW 1.040. The problem seemed to be confirmed by at least one other person. I updated the older thread but its possible no one on it is still on the forum to see it.
I upgraded my intellicenter to FW 1.047 last weekend 9/19/2020, and this weekend, 9/27, I did my routine FC test and it was off the charts high. Thinking it was just the days getting shorter, lower CL demand, I went to lower the on time of the intellichlor. As I was looking at the front panel I noticed it was "Dosing", not "sDosing".
I'm thinking the intellicenter 1.047 FW update must have corrected how intellicenter reports what body of water is on to intellichem causing the intellichlor to run 4x longer than needed now?
Anybody else seen this change?
I'm emailing Pentair support to see if they can confirm this fix was in 1.047.
