Installing a 32' x 16' Intex Ultra XTR on a 36' x 20' concrete slab

I will be installing a RhinoPad, GorillaPad, ArmorShield or something equivalent and was wondering if I should extend the pad out under the legs. Thinking it will help with concrete abrasion on the vinyl around the legs (is that even a thing)

I would probably do it. The whole pool moves/flexes when you are swimming. So there will be some abrasion, how much I couldn't say.

I used 3 layers of 5.8oz weed mat under mine plus the flimsy tarp that came with it. Mine is on hard packed dirt and it feels great under foot. Feels totally smooth and I know the ground wasn't but I had spent way too long already trying to get it concrete smooth.

The price was a lot cheaper and I ended up with a thicker product than those you mentioned. I read a lot of poor reviews for all those, so decided to try this. So far so good...
