Inground skimmer replacement

Has anyone had a skimmer replaced in an inground pool? My skimmer has a leak that I don't need anybody to find. I know it's there. I've been patching it for a couple of years now, but I can no longer do that. It's time for a new replacement. I was wondering how much of the concrete would be ripped up and about how much to do the job.

Depends on the access. The piping access is on the bottom and they are pretty deep so its alot of digging. Worst if you have a main drain piped in to second port. Very hard to save the liner if it's not newer and still has some elasticity to it. They can snowball to a liner job as well easily
