Hi
I have a 18/30' inground freeform Radiant pool. After the pool being installed, the foam pool cove worked its was up the side of the pool to the top of the liner. We talked to the company that installed the pool and was told to just remove it or try to push it down. Was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if anyone knows if we should be replacing them.

Thank you

You need the cove - its what keeps the water pressure from pushing the liner out between the wall and the ground.
Your saving grace may be that your pool is buried so the earth is pushing back so to speak.
Here’s a great video explaining what I mean
Is your pool buried all the way around?
Do you have drainage issues around the pool (maybe runoff from the house) that needs to be addressed that could be causing a groundwater/washout issue?

The remedy is to drain the pool - reset the cove & address whatever problem caused this to happen.
Pushing the cove back down is not going to do much. I am surprised if that would even be possible with water in the pool.
