Inground Pool Cleaner Issue PCC2000

Any one know why I cannot get my inground pool cleaner heads to pop up. I have good pressure at the filter but, at the 6 port cleaner module, I don't have any pressure at all. Water seems to flow to the module but, the gauge reads 0 pressure.

Between the filter and chlorinator unit I can see water flowing. Is there something that I can check?

Is there a 3 way valve that sends water to your cleaning heads? If you add a picture of your equipment pad maybe we can figure out whats going on
