I think I had a leak for years but the end of last year and this season have been aggressive, so I am sure it is not evaporation now.
The photo shows the story. Top line is start of observation. Next line is loss running 24/7 - about an inch. Next line is loss not running 24 hours - about an inch as well. Current water level is not running and all plugged for 24 hour - also about an inch.
Can I conclude it is a structural leak in the liner, skimmers or returns?
The water level is close to the level at open, and isn’t quite below skimmers. I will wait one more day with it all plugged to see if lowers and stops under skimmers before getting into 64 degree water to look! Will need to add chlorine today as it is getting warm again.
