We have a 15 x 30 x 48"-7'(deep end) oval abg except for deep end. Originally we had a 2 speed plug in supposedly inground pump with on/off switch 110-120v. Not sure of the HP on the high end. Our pool we figure is about 20250 gallons with bottom drains. Last year my husband replaced our pump with a Pentair single speed no on/off switch no cord (he attached one) which I think shorted out due to a really bad skimmer leak. I wasn't at all happy with his choice when he replaced it and even less happy now. Any recommendations? Thanks for any advice
