Ignition failure in Hayward H350FDN

I am reaching out before I take the leap on Monday to order $800 worth the parts I may or may not need. After spending hours researching this forum and others on the internet I have tried everything I can think of. The heater is natural gas and is 5 years old and has always fired right up but now it goes through the cycles, I can hear and feel the gas valve click on and the heat light comes on for about 3 seconds then goes off, after a few cycles I get IF code. I pulled out the igniter and it glows red. I cleaned the flame sensor. I took the gas pipe out and cleaned all offices even though I couldn’t see any trace of spider webs or blockage.
I plan on ordering a flames sensor, igniter, vacuum sensor, gas valve and control board. I will put the flame sensor on 1st then igniter 2nd, then vacuum sensor. In hopes that I can return any leftover parts what would you suggest I change out first if none of the previous parts worked. Gas valve or control board? Thanks in advance.

When I installed the heater five years ago I had a new bigger meter put in 1 1/2 inch pipe into the three-quarter inch inlet in the heater so I don’t think it’s a pressure problem when I’ve been cleaning the offices I turned it on and it comes out like crazy but thank you for the reply

Just to update I replaced the gas valve before the control panel and the gas valve was the fix. I noticed that I could never smell gas when it went through the ignition cycle so I suspected that was the problem. Since i didn’t open the box with the control panel i can send it back.
