I had the ICM on my Pentair Master temp 400HD fail last December. I replaced it for $180. It just failed again today.

The system is 8-10yrs old. Not positive. New to me last October.

Anyone know why this could keep failing? What should I check?

Replacing it every 10 months for $180 seems like a better option than replacing the whole thing.
 
What failed on the Fenwal box?

Show us pictures of the ICM that failed.
