IC40 full strength

I have an IC40 that seems to only operate at 100%. Even when output is adjusted it continues to produce the most chlorine possible. As a result the salt is running out quickly as well. Any ideas on how to handle this? It is controlled by an easytouch.

How are you determining that it’s always on at 100% and that the salt is depleting? Salt is not depleted in the process. Are you relying on the electronic salt measurement?

Salt cell do NOT use up the salt.. Sigh!!!

Are you saying the cell is on 100% because all the sanitizer lights are all on??

Does this system also have an IntelliChem connected?
