I have an older Aqualink system and I am looking to upgrade to control over wifi. After reading several threads in this forum, I think I have an idea of what I need to purchase, but my configuration is a little bit different than anything I've seen.
I have a 6474-F power center PCB, so I think that means I need the IQ20-RS or IQ30-RS iAqualink upgrade kit.
But my confusion is that even though I have the exact same PCB as the thread below, the face plate on the front side of the board is different, to where the IQ20RS face plate won't fit into my cabinet as is (even though I think everything else will work since the PCB is the same).
Attached are pictures of my board and cabinet. My face plate attaches with two screws in the front instead of tabs on the side, and I don't have room for the extra auxiliary board.
So how should I upgrade to IAqualink with my current setup? Is there a different version of the IQ20RS? Or a way to modify the plastic on the face place to fit into my cabinet? Or do I need a whole new cabinet to make it work? Thanks!
