iaqualink Evo 614iQ Robotic Pool start not responding

On iqualink, start is not responding forEvo 614iQ Robotic Pool most of the times. I am able to start from the device all the time. Also, the app respond to change cleaning to mode tile or wall/tile etc. I am listing here where start is not doing anyhing. Even if starts, it is not giving any feedback that it started. Appreciate it.
