I'm having the same problem - the unit has been working flawlessly for years, but now it won't connect.
I'm thinking antennas - just ordered another one and I have replaced one before a few years ago.
I'll follow up when I the antenna gets here.

Having the same problem. Can login from computer browser, but not the app. When I switch my system to service mode (yellow dot), the app recognizes that so obviously it is connected! Goes back to red dot when I switch to auto.

Clear all app data. Login again.

If the reboot doesn't work, you can verify it's a WiFi problem by rigging a temporary wired connection, if that's an option. Wifi issues can also crop up if/when your ISP pushes router firmware changes. It's rare, but it happens. If you have a v2.0 device, that's old tech at this point, which makes such weirdness more likely. I've personally seen a v2.0 iAL getting confused by a modern router that automagically tries to make a 5Ghz connection first, then rolls back to 2.4GHz, which the v2.0 device requires. I had to create a 2.4GHz-only network.
