can somebody help me on this how can I erase previews owner from iaqualink I don't have access do I need to factory data reset how do I do it

Call Jandy support.

IAqualink login is on their server in the cloud and not in your panel. The iAqualink app communicates with the Jandy server and relayed to your Aqualink panel.
