I need help the pool was clean crystal clear all the chemicals were done 2 weeks ago.
The pool guy that came around to show me how to clean and what to do told me to vacume and get leaves out once a week, and to backwash process every 2 weeks. Pool was due for sault 2 weeks ago so I added everything is good. 2 weeks later I vacumed got the leaves out of the pool turned the pump of put the pump in the opposite direction to backwash did that for 30 seconds like I was told then I forgot to put it on rince I turned the pump back onto normal again as it is now in the picture and dirt or something came out of the jets and now the pool is not clean. Today I sweaped the walls and floor of the pool vacumed the pool got leaves out then put the pump on backwash until water is clean in the pump then put the pump into rince mode one click to the left of the normal mode for 20 seconds then back into normal mode but water is still not clean in pool like in photo. Please help I need it fixed before Friday as we have people coming over

Welcome to TFP! For the filter itself, yes, you blew some dirt and junk back into the water. It will take time to clear "IF" the water chemistry is correct and nothing else is wrong. I'll come back to that below. For now, watch the filter pressure gauge if it has one. When it increases by 25% from the starting "clean" pressure, then it's time to backwash. Run backwash until the waste line water or sight glass go clear. Then, be sure to turn off the pump before changing positions to rinse. Do that until the rinse water is clear plus about another 15-20 seconds or so. Then finally, pump off while you switch back to filter mode.

The filter may not be the only problem. It sounds like you are relying on a weekly pool service which we never recommend. But if that's what you have to do, you may have no choice. If you do have a choice, we recommend testing your own water with a TF-100/TF-Pro series test kit (link in my signature), or a Taylor K-2006C. Everything about your water hinges on accurate water testing, and I can just about guarantee you a weekly service is doing the absolute minimum. But again, your call. We want you to enjoy your pool without spending a tremendous amount of funds doing do.
