After reading this site and a few others, I didn't follow this procedure. "You just can't add too much Oxi-Burn, because we sell it!" I don't even know what oxi-burn is.
A hot tub dealer in my area gave me some advice on water chemistry. I told him my game plan on lowering the TA, he said I read too much on the internet. Add this, add that, and you'll be good, he says. Whatever.
