How to compare new liner quotes?

I am getting a few estimates for a new 20X40' vinyl liner quotes but unclear what to consider/ask besides the liner color/pattern/etc. I got a quote that references adding vermiculite (up to 20 sq. ft). Is that something that is typically done? Also, replacing inlet & outlet face plates and drain covers? Prep & Paint rust areas on walls? Should I replace skimmers (One of them typically sticks and doesn't open/close). I also have 2 LED lights in the pool, are those typically resealed?

Most don't do this, but I bought some galvanizing spray and had them use it. They obliged me.

If you have the budget, skimmers should be in working condition. Depends on the lights, what make/model?
