How to approach cleaning?

Hi, I recently reopened this pool after 3 years. There was a lot of debris, had someone come out for a power vac, but they didn't finish the job as it needs more hours, but they're inconsistent with scheduling. Here is a picture of my deep end, which needs the cleaning. If I could take the leaves out from, is it safe to use my system and vacuum debris to waste? A pier vac around my area costs $125 per hour, which is steep.

Welcome to TFP!!!

Yes, get the leaves and sticks out...anything that would clog the vacuum. Go very slowly with the vac, a little at a time, so as to not clog the vac.
