How to adjust pump speed

Hey everyone I have a new in ground pool and spa and I'm trying to get acquainted with my pool equipment. How would I adjust the speed for the spa return jets? I have a spa mode feature and I wanted to lower the speed so I can brush away the sediment on the spa floor that way it can collect into the in ground cleaning system and go through the filter. Also, anyone what these are (Pic attached with circled equipment? Thanks everyone!
