How Clear is TFP Clear? Let's See (Pics Only Please).

I am so thankful for this site! I tell everybody about it. This was our first year with a pool. It has stayed clear all year! I knew absolutely nothing about pool chemistry….it’s just so darn easy! So thank you for all the help! So glad we didn’t waste a ton of money on buying the Frog Leap pacs.

Become a TFP Supporter

Don’t add clarifier! It “gums up” and can get in and clog your filter and cause an annoying situation. Just keep testing and keeping your water in balance with liquid chlorine/bleach and you won’t need it. I’ve never used clarifier and you can see all my SPARKLE above ^^^^ ?. You don’t need it either!

My favorite clarifier is Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl) 12.5%!

I use the IC60 UV clarifier (white edition) - it’s automatically programmed (uses AI and nano technology) to the shock the pool daily! Recommended by Mr Clean….

Figured I would throw mine up as well, too bad it is slightly overcast. Love this place, and appreciate all the insight. Pool is 7 feet at drains and has water since Dec 1 2022.

Upstate NY. A week ago today there was still some snow on the cover. Four days from today we’ll have three straight days in the 80s and the official start of summer!

Opened up today to beautiful, crystal clear, 42 degree, TFP water!
