Unfortunately, I can't see the image well enough. About the only thing that catches my eye is the in-line chlorinator (pucks). You may already know they are not intended for long-term/daily chlorination, but of course the installer and pool store will never tell you that. So at this point you'll either manually chlorinate each day (adding some liquid chlorine or bleach) to the water which is no real big deal, or if you're into automation and trying to get away from adding chlorine manually, installing a Salt Water Generator (SWG). Your call really, just wanted to make sure you had that noted. Have a nice weekend.

The Rainbow can come in handy when you are away from home or when you know your CYA (stabilizer) level is low enough to handle more CYA from tabs/pucks. But when your CYA is at the height you want it, you'll be using regular bleach (i.e. HEB's Bravo or Walmart's Pool Essentials) unless you install an SWG. An SWG uses salt to create chlorine, so it's chlorine either way. Just a matter of preference. Some builders try to steer some buyers away from SWGs claiming excessive corrosion or damage to nearby stones/coping, but most of that is unfounded. If you have no issues with adding some bleach every evening when you test you water anyway, then it's not even an issue. That's what I do. :)

I would go 8 feet. 7.5 feet is considered minimum for diving (even if you say no diving, people will).

Seems like a lot of pumps. My pool has 2 waterfalls and only uses 1 variable speed pump.

I would lose the water powered cleaner and get a robot.

Make sure you get the full iAqualink that you can program from the web interface.

Have you talked about a saltwater pool? Really the only way to go anymore.

WaterColor lights are awesome good pick!

Also suggest 2-3 floor returns, 2 skimmers and at least 4 wall returns in the pool plus whatever the spa has.

Check my sigline I have all Jandy equipment.
