Hot Tub tripping circuit

I have a Master Spa Hot Tub that is 2 years old. After recently using the hot tub after quite some time, I noticed that the hot tub tripped the circuit breaker and controller was water damaged. The controller was replaced but the hot tub kept tripping after about 2 hours. Thereafter, the Ozonater and Heater were replaced but circuit breaker still tripped after 2 hours. Next, I had the circuit breaker replaced and the tub ran for at least 8 hours but circuit breaker was tripped by the next morning.

Any suggestions or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated. I’m wandering if the water damage to controller could have caused additional damage somewhere. Further, whether the issue could be the pump. I just find it strange that the hot tub runs at least from 2-7 hours before tripping circuit breaker.

Hot tub breaker are GFCI ( ground fault circuit interrupter ). This mean that if any electricity come back by the ground wire, the breaker trip. The parts that is more likely to cause this is the control board or an electric motor that was exposed to water. You can also look for any corroded or loose electrical connection. You can also run the spa and look for overheating parts. Bad connection produce more heat.

Trouble shooting intermittent problem is always a pain...

Good luck!
