Hot tub exceeding limit set on Pentair app

We’ve been using our hot tub successfully through the Pentair app for 3 years now, but recently we will set it for a temperature between 101 and 103 and unless it is turned off, it will keep heating, recently reaching between 105 and 111. Is there maybe a setting that has been changed? Thanks in advance for your help!

I assume this is an integrated spa with a pool? What equipment are you using? Brand, model, etc.

Hi thanks! Yes it is an integrated pool/spa. The heater is a Pentair master temp 400hd. There’s a Pentair quad d.e. filter. Would anything else be helpful?

Also, we always use the Pentair app to set the temperature.
