High Spa Pressure

Since I had my pool resurfaced I noticed three problems that I am unable to resolve:
1. My spillover flow was low (I have this in another thread). I though I had resolved this by sharpening the edge of the granite spillover edge. Though sharpening the granite did solve the waterfall problem, I believe this is just a symptom of a larger problem.
2. The return flow into the spa is irregular through the four returns. the outside two producing the most water and the inner two producing almost no water. This also results in less visible spa surface movement than before the resurface. If I partially block the flow of one of the outside jets, flow does increase on the inside jets.
3. In pool mode the filter water pressure seems to be the same as before the resurface, however spa pressure is much higher, even blowing out the filter belly O-ring at one point.

It sure sounds like there is something blocking the spa return waterflow, however, I don't think so based on my troubleshooting so far. Originally I was troubleshooting the low flow into the spa and didn't pay much attention to the high pressure until it blew our my O-ring. Changing the size of the spa pool returns had little effect. I verified that the spa drain is not blocked by switching between the pool and spa drains as the input water source, this produced no notable change in water pressure. I know this is the low pressure side but it was one thing I could check. I don't know how anything would have gotten behind the jets on the return side, it would have first have to go through the filter. I did replace my LP spa heater after it began shooting small pieces of rusted iron on my pool surface. I suppose it could have left a larger piece in line at around the same time my pool was resurfaces. I ran an endoscope as far as I could on each side of the heater when I bypassed it, pipes were clean. I since have had a new heater installed. I also had a good view of the front side of the recessed venturi jets with my endoscope., they did not seem to be blocked. I have not yet started messing with the recessed venturi jets primarily due to ignorance. Are the jets adjustable? I am just trying to understand what changed at the time the pool was resurfaced.

Unfortunately , the company that resurfaced to pool isn't much help. Any advice is appreciated.

When in Spa Mode your filter pressure will be higher due to the back pressure created by the smaller diameter jets. However, it should not blow out your oring on the filter housing!!!!

Not all jets are the same, but I was able to remove my jets from the spa side. I remove the eyeball and inserted a 13/16 socket on an extension and unscrewed the jet. See my pictures. I then turned on Spa Mode to circulate any debris that may have been trapped.
