High CC after shock

This morning still showing TC high but my pool clear as can be & no ammonia or chlorine smell
Dumped a cup of bleach in and waiting on the Sun to burn off what it will.
Think Hubs poked a hole in it while aggressively vacuuming so that solidifies the drain and clean. We gonna float on it and enjoy the while we argue about why he isn't allowed to "help" with the pool

2 kids in yours is the equivalent of 68 kids in my pool.

And they're younger kids, who won't get out for hours and hours. My older teens barely get wet most times and don't affect any chemistry, but 68 littles would would be a runaway train of FC loss.

Yes!!! My problem truly started when the 3 & 5 yr old sweaty little grand boys hopped in. Got it mostly good then a couple days later grandaughter hopped in for 5 hrs & my 19 yr old sweaty son hopped in and welp, here we are ‍♀. Thing is....I'm learning and that was the goal. Have fun this summer with a little pool & the grands, and to learn
