High cartridge filter pressure

Pool started green and I'm working through the SLAM. Water is clear but I haven't passed oclt yet.

One thing I'm noticing is that even after soaking cartridge filter in dishwasher detergent pressure still is up around 23psi same as before soaking. Last few years clean pressure was somewhere around 10. It's plugging up enough that skimming doesn't really work and occasionally get bubble in pump, not enough to run dry but circulation is definitely down

Did the soak not clean it far enough or is there something else?

Not atypical to have to clean the filter multiple times during SLAM. Also gauges fail pretty regularly - does it go to 0 when pump is off?

Yes it does go to zero when off

I have two filters and I am seeing some improvement after soaking in dishwasher detergent each day.

Would it be a bad idea to put enough bleach in with the dishwasher detergent to bring bucket to slam level?
