Just added salt back into my 1 year old quartz finish pool. Just wondering best way to slow the ph drift down a bit. I know my alkalinity is still a bit high but I know the addition of the acid will bring it down over time.

tested with my Taylor 2006 and typically I'll stop into the pool store once in a while to verify that I'm close even though the three different stores are frequent are not very accurate. Pool store gave me 7.9 today when I'm sure I was at 7.5 to 7.6. I'm hoping to drop the percentage down on the generator due to the fact that the Cya was just brought up this week.
