I slipped and spilled pool shock granules near my pool - in the grass and in the pebbles surrounding the pool. How do I properly clean this up?! My biggest concern is my dogs (luckily they weren’t outside when I spilled it.)

Garden hose, flood the area to dilute it. Don’t bother trying to pick it up. You might kill the grass a bit. No big deal, better that than a pet.

Is it dichlor or cal-hypo? Either way, yes, just flood it until it’s all dissolved away.
