Hello!

Newbie here! Think we have mustard algae in our salt water pool. Just opened on Tuesday. We’ve brushed, vacuumed and backwashed 3 times. Today‘s test results using Taylor 2006K kit are:

Salt water gunite pool
25,000 gallons
water temp is 68*
Salt 3078
FC 4.6
pH 7.4
TA 90
CH 220
CYA 50

P.S. Hayward OmniLogic sense and dispense probes being replaced on Tuesday so SWG and the probes not hooked up yet that control. Doing manually for now.

Where do we start with treating our salt water gunite pool? Thank you in advance for your help!

Yes, just read up on it. I’ll re-read how to do it and should be able to do that tonight. In the meantime, don’t add anything else correct? Just do the test as the pool is now without vacuuming or brushing correct?
Thank you! Will report back with results!

Yep your chlorine looks good for now so not sure you have an algae issue.

Did you do a "CC" test?
