Help me identify what i am dealing with! Algae?

New here, please help me identify whats wrong with my pool, is it dust from wind? Is it algae. ?
It goes away very easily with brushing
1) 10m x 5m in ground liner pool
2) ph:7.44 , cya:45
3) 25L of 12% liquid chlorine in less than 2 days, now already down to 0.15ppm free chlorine.
4)Alkanity is high, 80-110
5) brushing and hoovering is minimal the last 2 months

Looks like algae to me. And your chlorine loss also indicates algae.

Yes, it is algae. Read through the SLAM process and you'll need lots of liquid chlorine. However, you also need to know what your CYA level is so you need a test kit that can test for that. The level of liquid chlorine you need is based on the CYA level. FC/CYA Levels

Yellow is a type of mustard algae.

If it did not brush off, it would probably be iron.
