Help - Louisiana Snowmagedon.

So Monday night my pool went into freeze protection mode. All has been well with the pump running continuously during that period. This morning the whole system (panel included) started shutting down and starting back up back to back until i flipped the breaker. Thinking the pump was maybe overheating I let it rest for 30 minutes and flipped the breakers back on. This time in ran for 15 minutes or so and then went back to the cycle of shutting off and turning back on. We are supposed to get to 19 tonight and the roads are shot so nobody can come look at it. Any ideas?

So it had power but was disabling itself, or was it losing power ?

If you are not losing power, put the panel in "service mode," turn the pump on and let it run until the freeze is over. It won't overheat from doing that as long as it is pumping water. Pumps actually "like" either being on continuously or just off. You can then get the system diagnosed.
You should seriously look into replacing that 2hp pump, unless it is two speed, with a Hayward VSP. Or just the motor with a Century EVC 225.
