I added enough bleach to get me to my slam of 12
This am:

No improvement on the cloudiness of the water however.

You're making progress - the test results show that. You've only been at it for two days... now is the agonizing wait for the filter to clear things. Has the filter pressure been climbing?
Anything you can do to improve the circulation to get more of that suspended matter to the filter, the better. Brushing helps. If you have a vacuum that plugs into the skimmer, you can put that in the bottom of the pool and set it on its side to draw water from lower down.
