Help identifying pump model

Any idea what model pump this is? I cant read the tag. Not sure of the age. It was here when we bought the house in March. The pump quit working yesterday, motor is fine. I need a quick replacement/rebuild. Freezing weather potentially next week so I need to keep my water moving. A VSP was my plan eventually but I just cant afford it at the moment.

Just got it apart. Looks like the wear ring came apart and into the impeller. Impeller broke. Thank you!
