Hi, I'm James, from Texas. I'm buying a house with a 30 year old gunite pool. It's in working condition but I'm planning on resurfacing and updating in the winter. I owned a lakefront house for 20 years but sold it 2 years ago. I miss the water and I've always wanted a pool. I have a lot to learn.
