new member here, from Lake Dallas (Denton), TX.
I've been a visitor of the forum for quite some time and learned a lot of tricks to maintain my pool (new pool owner this year).

I have been facing an issue with the pH the past few weeks, and I would like to ask for your guidance and advice because I've been unable to solve the issue myself so far. Should I open a new thread in the appropriate subsection, or is it ok if I describe the problem here?

Since that discussion may get lengthy, I would start a new thread in the Testing and Balancing Your Water sub-forum. We'll watch for your details and help you from there. I would also post a full set of water test results to go with your question as well.
