Greetings all. I recently purchased a 40 yo home near Sacramento with 23k gallon pool of the same age. It was replastered last summer by previous owner. Pool was surrounded by 30 foot tall deciduous trees including oaks. We have removed most of the trees except for 1 oak and a Japanese maple (still negotiating with wife about removing those ; ). Pool has an older Polaris Vac-Sweep powered by a Stay-Rite Maxi-flow pump with a booster and a Pentair double cartridge filter. It also has a new gas heater which is not likely to ever be used.
