My name is Chip and my wife and I just bought a house in Roatan, HN. We'll be retiring in June and moving there permanently with plans to put in a pool/spa. I grew up on a lake so little to no pool experience, and at this stage I don't even know what I don't know! We're probably at least a year away from beginning the build, but I'm a planner & researcher at heart so I figured I'd better get started learning as soon as possible. From my short time here I've found the depth of knowledge immense, but it's the friendliness and willingness to help that has really stood out. As a newbie in the pool world I appreciate that! I'll be lurking for a while, observing and taking notes, and when the time comes I'm sure I'll be peppering you all with questions.
