Well, not exactly Chicago, but a suburb (Northbrook). Our pool was completed last August and this will be our first full season with the pool. We'll probably open in April/May, hoping to take advantage of that first warm day when it hits! I am a newbie, and I've been reading through many of the Pool School beginner articles, but I'm starting from a blank slate!

its the first warm day, did you open? I'm in Frankfort (south of Chicago. Busted open the pool! HERE WE GO!
