In the process of rebuilding my pool that was originally built in the 70's I presume. Was searching the web for guidance and this forum kept popping up with great results, photos and technical detail. I have joined and I think this forum is really going to help me work with my limited skill PB down in Africa to build a great pool and spa. Thank you to all who put in their effort to create and keep this resource alive !!

My question relates to the intakes and returns -

I see 4 intakes and 5 returns. For the intakes I assume the following - 1 spa intake from floor, 1 pool main drain intake, 1 skimmer intake and possibly an intake for a suction cleaner. For the returns I assume 1 for spa jets, 1 spa floor return, 1 for 2 pool shelf bubblers, 1 pool return and 1 1.5" shelf return. Is this possibly correct ?

You seem to have a good assumption for those pipes. Only by activating them will you know for sure. That's one beefy set-up. Looks nice. Nice to have you with us.
