Heater Replacement for 18k gallon pool

The heat exchanger on my Raypak 400k heater finally gave up the ghost. I'm in San Diego. Suggestions and estimated cost for replacement?

I did a brief search, it looks like Raypak is still a good heater. . .

There are rebates available.

Wow, looks like Los Angeles is much better than San Diego, we don't have any current rebates for pool heaters. Leslie's had a cyber Monday sale, I put a heater in my cart last night, but didn't pull the trigger, this morning it was $500 more.
